Facial and body treatments
Facial and body treatments improve hydration, radiance, texture and skin quality and, for some treatments, gradually stimulate collagen production. They include non-invasive treatments such as Hydratouch and LED, as well as medical treatments such as mesolift and PRP. The choice of treatment depends on skin quality, signs of ageing, any imperfections and your expectations. Dr Manon Belhoste offers these treatments in Marseille, from €40 to €450.

The procedure at the practice
Dr Manon Belhoste offers a range of treatments designed to improve skin quality. The areas treated and the protocol are decided during your consultation, based on the condition of your skin, its hydration level, texture, firmness, any imperfections and any treatments already carried out. The number of sessions and the spacing between them are tailored to each indication and to how the skin responds to treatment.
Hydratouch
Cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin using a combination of technologies that, in particular, remove impurities and surface cells before delivering hydrating active ingredients. The treatment leaves the skin clearer, softer and more luminous, with a visible effect from the first session. 3 sessions, spaced 1 month apart, are needed.
€140 per session
LED
Uses cold light at different wavelengths to act on the skin without heating it. Depending on the protocol used, LED may be offered to support healing, soothe the skin, improve certain inflammatory concerns and help stimulate collagen. €100 for 3 sessions, €300 for 10 sessions.
€40 per session
Mesolift
Injects very small amounts of products into the superficial layers of the skin to improve its hydration, radiance and quality. It can be performed on the face, neck, décolletage and sometimes the hands. For an optimal result, 3 to 5 sessions spaced 15 days to 3 weeks apart.
€60 to €180
PRP
Uses platelet-rich plasma obtained from a blood sample taken from the person being treated. After the blood has been prepared, the PRP is re-injected into the chosen area to stimulate the body's natural repair and regeneration mechanisms in the tissues. It may be offered to improve skin quality and, depending on the indication, for certain hair concerns.
€450
Cristal Skin
Uses non-invasive, non-ablative multi-frequency radiofrequency technology to gradually heat the tissues and stimulate skin remodelling. The treatment mainly aims to improve firmness and skin laxity on the face and body. 1 session per week, minimum 6 sessions, results in 3 weeks to 1 month. 10 sessions: €580 instead of €900. 1 cryolipolysis session and 6 Skin sessions, 2 of them free: €580. 8 Skin sessions and 4 Origin sessions: €980, or €245 per month for 4 months.
€90 per session
Cristal Fit
Uses high-intensity electromagnetic fields to trigger repeated, intense muscle contractions. It is mainly intended to strengthen and tone the muscles of the abdomen and buttocks. It is a body treatment, not a facial treatment. A session lasts 30 minutes. 2 sessions free for every 8 sessions. The number of sessions is set during your consultation.
€100 per session
Procedure details and recovery
Dr Manon Belhoste performs these treatments at her practice, 1 Boulevard Lord Duveen in Marseille. Non-invasive treatments generally do not require a clinic admission or an anaesthetic consultation. Injectable treatments, such as mesolift and PRP, are carried out at the practice after a medical assessment.
| Aspect | Detail |
|---|---|
| Anaesthesia | None for Hydratouch, LED and Cristal Skin. A numbing cream may possibly be offered for some injectables, depending on area and sensitivity. |
| Session duration | Varies by treatment, generally 20 to 60 minutes. |
| Getting back to normal activities | Generally immediate after Hydratouch, LED and Cristal Skin. Quick return possible after mesolift or PRP, possibly with marks or bruising. |
| Sensations during the session | Coolness or suction (Hydratouch), gentle warmth (Cristal Skin), injection tingling and intense but controlled contractions (Cristal Fit). |
| Immediate recovery | Slight redness or sensitivity may appear after some treatments. After a mesolift or PRP, small papules, redness, swelling or bruising may persist for a few days. After Cristal Fit, muscle soreness similar to after sports training may appear. |
| How the effect builds up | Varies by treatment. Hydratouch and LED mainly give a fresh, radiant effect. Skin-remodelling treatments have a more gradual effect. |
| Number of sessions | Varies by treatment and goal. One session may suit a one-off effect, but courses of several sessions are often needed for an optimal result. |
Frequently asked questions
Facial treatments improve certain aspects of skin quality: hydration, radiance, texture, firmness and sometimes certain imperfections. They do not replace surgery where it is indicated, and they cannot guarantee the complete disappearance of wrinkles or skin laxity. The result depends in particular on age, skin quality, lifestyle, any combined treatments and individual response.
The choice depends mainly on your goal. Hydratouch is particularly suited when the aim is to cleanse, hydrate and brighten the skin. LED can be used alone or alongside other treatments, in particular to support recovery and improve certain aspects of skin quality. Mesolift is more focused on hydration and revitalisation through superficial injections. PRP uses your own blood components to stimulate the body's natural regeneration mechanisms. These treatments can sometimes be combined in a personalised protocol.
Before an injectable treatment, Dr Manon Belhoste needs to know your medical history and treatments, in particular any anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs you take. Any active infection or inflammation on the area to be treated must be reported. PRP requires a blood sample; situations that could make the sample or the injection unsuitable are assessed case by case. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, non-essential aesthetic treatments are postponed as a precaution.
After a mesolift or PRP, small redness, papules, swelling or bruising may appear at the injection points. The treated areas should not be massaged or handled unless specifically instructed. Intense exercise, strong heat, saunas, hammams and sun exposure are generally limited straight after treatment, particularly while the skin remains red or sensitive.
The timing depends on the treatment. Hydratouch can give an immediate effect, with clearer, hydrated and brighter skin. LED can also bring gradual improvement in skin quality and soothing. Mesolift mainly improves hydration and radiance, while the effects of PRP and Cristal Skin build up more gradually, as the tissue remodels.
No. Cristal Skin can improve firmness and some signs of moderate skin laxity, but it does not allow tissues to be repositioned surgically. When laxity is significant, a lift or another surgical procedure may be more suitable.
The number of sessions depends on the treatment and the goal. Hydratouch can be done occasionally or regularly. LED are often offered as courses. Mesolift and PRP may need several sessions, spaced according to the chosen protocol. Cristal Skin is generally carried out as a course of several sessions when the aim is to treat skin laxity. Cristal Fit is also offered as a course to achieve a muscle-strengthening effect.
The side effects depend on the treatment. Hydratouch and LED generally need little recovery. After a mesolift or PRP, small redness, bruising, papules, swelling or temporary pain may appear. Cristal Skin may cause temporary redness or a feeling of warmth. After Cristal Fit, muscle soreness may occur, similar to after intense exercise. Any unusual or significant reaction must be reported to Dr Manon Belhoste.
